Amelia is continually showing interest in using the potty. She insists that she only wear the diapers that have Mickey AND Minnie on them. Unfortunately less than half of the pack has that combination. Sister, if you can decide what diaper you want it's time to start using the toilet and wearing big girl undies!
She keeps talking about Minnie undies. So today we told her if she pooped on the potty she could get some. Of course, she pooped twice on the potty!! Even once at the restaurant!! I googled 'Minnie toddler underwear' praying that there was some place in Springfield that sold them. We were in luck!
After meeting Grandma, Papa, and Uncle Tony at Bella Milano for lunch to celebrate Papa's birthday, we headed to Target to get the undies. Amelia couldn't wait to get home, so she counted and played with them the whole ride home. She keeps talking about wearing them and how she can't poop in her pants because then we'll have to throw them away. If you ask her where she is supposed to go to the bathroom she says "I poop on the paaaa-tee." And of course, she immediately says "I pooped. Change me!" when she's done the deed. She's putting it all together, but we just don't have it yet.
