Hockey Game

 

 

Tonight we had the pleasure of going to St. Louis to the Blues hockey game.  Chuck Amburg was gracious enough to invite our family to share in the Pepsi luxury box.  It was an awesome night hanging with the family.  We are sad to send Uncle Jordan and Aunt Barb back to Cincinnati, but we sure are glad we got to spend so much time with them.  The Blues won in an overtime shoot-out, so that was the icing on the cake!!

Picture Perfect Pasta

Uncle Jordan and Aunt Barb got a new pasta maker for Christmas and wanted to make us dinner before heading back to OH.  We sure are taking advantage of them being around.  It's not often we get to see them, but we sure are glad to have them home this week.  The pasta was good, but watching them play with the kids was great!!! They have so much fun with them.  They tried getting the kids to spend the night so Adam and I could go to the movies, but no such luck.  The kids love their parents!!  Another fun night in the books!

Play Doh

The kids were super excited to bust out all the new play-doh toys they got.  They had rolling pins, cookie cutters, and all sorts of different things to play with,  This will bring them hours of entertainment!

Stockings

 

As if there wasn't enough on Christmas Day, Santa made a stop at our house too!!   He left a few things in each of the kids stockings.  They sure must have been good this year!!

Post Christmas Activities

After everyone left we thought it would be time for some quiet, but not in the Meehan house.  Alex performed a concert on the counter, Barb and Gabbi worked on bracelets (way harder than it looks), wrestlings, silly pictures, Amelia falling asleep before we had time to change her nasty stinky diaper, and the list goes on.  We helped Uncle Jordan and Aunt Barb make bagels and the guys played some cards.  The activities just never seemed to end, so we ended up spending the night so we can eat the fruits of our bagel labor.  Well worth not sleeping in your own bed for!!!
