Bath Time!!

Alex has discovered putting his face in the water. He did it several times tonight in the tub and just laughed and laughed. He's such a cutie, what can I say?!?!?

17 Weeks Pregnant

Today I went to the Dr for my monthly check-up. Nothing too exciting to report, which is really good news!! I've gained 3 1/2 lbs and am starting to get a belly. I've even busted out a few maternity tops! The maternity pants are too big, but my regular pants are getting pretty snug!!! It's a tough spot to be in!

The baby's heartbeat sounded really strong, and is truly music to my ears. We go back in 3 weeks for a sonogram, and the intention is to not find out what we are having just like we didn't with Alex!!! Everything is going well, which makes us very happy. We even got the go ahead to take a little babymoon to Mexico!!!! Mommy and Daddy are scheduled to be laying on the beach for 4 days later in February and we can't wait!! Alex gets to vacation at Grandma & Grandpa's and Nana & Papa's!!

Mommy & Daddy went to a wedding on New Year's Eve!!! Alex went to Grandma & Grandpa Kershaw's house. He fell asleep watching Horton Hears a Who, but woke up when we called to check on him. Grandma said he stayed up for quite some time and fell asleep at 12:01!! He was just trying to ring in the New Year like the rest of us!! Here's hoping that we all have a blessed 2011!!!

Christmas Clean Up

After celebrating two full days of Christmas, cleaning up was a necessity!! Luckily I had two great guys helping me out!!! Daddy even cleaned all the grout lines in the family room for me!!! That was a great Christmas present in itself!! Love you boys!!!

Our last Christmas celebration was at Great Grandma Furness's house. We of course stuffed our bellies full of food one last time, and then started the process of opening presents. The kids opened theirs and then we had our white elephant gift exchange for the adults. We tried getting a picture of the 3 littles with their pillows Heather and Aunt Jody made for them, but it was a lost cause. It was a long day, but we had a good time. Alex was exhausted by the end of the night and asking to go bye-bye. As soon as we were done opening presents and taking family pictures we headed home. Another great Christmas is officially in the books!!!

Christmas Day Two!!

The day after Christmas we got up and headed to Grandma & Grandpa Kershaw's for another full day of celebration!! We started off the morning playing with Daddy, Uncle Travis, & Evalee while Grandma cooked us a yummy breakfast! After breakfast we started opening presents. Grandma was a little out of control with presents for Alex & Eva so we had two rounds of presents. The first one for the kiddos and then the rest of us!! Alex got a tricycle, a magna doodle, books, movies, puzzles,a tunnel, and clothes. We sure got spoiled this year!!

For some reason Uncle Travis & I were really giving each other a hard time. The whole family had lots of fun poking fun at each other. We finally got all our presents unwrapped, and then we had to lay down and take a nap to get ready for the afternoon festivities. We were headed to Great Grandma Furness's house!!!
