Pre-Game Picnic

Before we headed off to Monticello for the football game, the kids needed lunch.  I gave Amelia some goldfish to hold her over while I warmed up a hot dog and Alex wanted a peanut butter sandwich.  They insisted on eating right on the kitchen floor.  As a Mom, I've truly learned to pick my battles.  This is one I wasn't willing to fight.  They were eating and we needed to bundle up and go, so we had a pre-game picnic!!  Since we had to bundle up I kept them in their jammies, which served as layer number one of warmth.
