Some post game action:
Today we headed to Monticello and we came home with another win and another shutout! The Bullets beat the Sages 14-0!!! It was a tough game, and we made some errors. We have an even bigger battle next week. Daddy says whoever wins next week is going to Champaign! Our fingers are crossed!
It was pretty cold out, but all our layers kept us pretty toasty. Poor Amelia was so bundled up she could barely move. I had to hold her most of the first half, but Grandma and Papa took her to the stands the second half. She was so excited to be back in the car and warm. She squealed most of the way home.
Alex loves going out on the field after the games. Today he even got his picture taken with his favorite player, Connor White. He sure loves his D-Line! I love how the players are so great with the kids. They are always so excited to give knucks and make them feel like part of the team!
