Today we headed downtown to watch the St. Patrick's Day parade.  I was leary about taking the kids since there is so much drinking, but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole event.  The kids had a blast and loved getting the beads.  They were yelling 'beads, beads, beads!'  We thought we were going to get caught in some rain, but luckily we got spit on for a minute or two and that was the end of that.  Fun day with our little family. I loved it, especially the bagpipers!!!
