Today Ada had her first ENT appointment. She's spent the last several months on multiple antibiotics fighting sinus infections, etc. Dr. Garcia wants us to eliminate dairy for 3 weeks and see if that doesn't help with some of the congestion. (**Note: Dairy is not the issue!) He then wants us to try a netty pot spray along with the inhaler, nose spray, Singular, and Zyrtec. He's not opposed to taking out her adenoids, but wants to hold off as long as possible. We go back in 6 weeks.
