A Dip in the Lake

Motorboat motorboat go so slow, motorboat motorboat go so fast!

Last night we laid low after arriving, but the kids were ready to swim this morning.  The water was fairly warm and the sun was shining.  Gabbi and Nana had a rock finding contest with their toes and Nana won!! Amelia loved digging in the sand, and insisted on taking her top off so she could be like her brother and cousin.  Amelia has no fear of the water and had no problem jumping right in and walking in the lake.  Alex wanted to jump off the dock but only into water that was 18" deep. Thomas and Alex did enjoy squirting their new water guns too.  I enjoyed my perch from the dock, as did Papa with his book.
