The lighting is weird on this photo, but that's what happens when you hang out on the rock dedicated to Paul Jenkins at the football field and there isn't much light!  Anyway, Reese, Amelia, and Elise love hanging out together on Friday nights.  Love our kids hanging out together.  Go Bullets!

Taking Advantage

 

 

 

Tonight we took advantage of the warm weather.  The days of being able to play outside are going to be coming to a halt, so we come out every chance we can.  I love listening to the kids laugh and play together.  They really are at fun ages.  We stayed outside until Daddy came home from football, and then we had him grill out for us.  Sure do miss summer!

Almost There. . .

She's got all the balance she needs.  She just needs the confidence to take those first few steps by herself.  She'll be walking in no time!!!

Good Morning!

Ada was the first one up this morning. She was ready to snuggle and watch her babies movie. She may be little and can't talk much but she sure can tell us what she wants. She will point at the TV and grunt until we turn on her movie. She did the same thing last night. You turn on her show and she dances and is happy as can be.  All three kids have loved "That Baby DVD"  Best money I ever spent!

Well Baby Visit

 

 

 

Today Ada brought her entourage in for her check up.  She was all smiles until she had to get her shots.  Actually, she did pretty well.  I gave her a sucker a head of time, so she barely cried.  Our little lady is growing like a weed!  Her stats show just how perfect she is:  Height: 29.5" (61%) Weight:  21 lbs 8 oz (76%), and Head Circumference: 46.5 cm (87%).

 

Alex and Amelia both got flu shots today too.  Alex really wanted to cry, but held it together.  Amelia cried the most, but eventually got over it.  I know I must be crazy to take three kids to get shots by myself, but it's what you have to do when it's football season!!  Thankfully we all survived!!

 

 

Bottle Free

Ada started using a cup at school. So we are official bottle free.  Good bye bottles!!!!!

 

Update:  It took until the end of the year, literally December 31st before I packed all the bottles up.  It's bittersweet to be saying goodbye to the baby era.
