Thanksgiving

The kids were having a parade around the tables in the garage and sometimes bumper cars!

Our first stop today was in Hillsboro to Great Grandma Furness's house.  Adam, Alex, and Amelia were excited to meet Kensington for the first time.  I was surprised at how much she had grown in less that two months!  We had a little bit of lunch  and then headed to Bunker Hill to Great Uncle Pat and Great Aunt Glenda's house for round #2.  With two meals, there wasn't a need for dinner!!!

We truly are blessed to be able to share such a special day with both sides of our family.  Sure wish there was more time in the day, but regardless we managed.  We have so much to be thankful for!  Hope everyone had a great holiday!!!

Today after work and school we headed to Jacksonville to help Nana celebrate her birthday.  Uncle Thomas cooked dinner and I made a from scratch chocolate cake with homemade icing.  YUM!!  We left stuffed!  I feel so blessed to have such an amazing woman in my life, and even more so that we were able to spend the evening with her.  We love you Nana!!  Happy Birthday!

Aria's Baptism

Today we travelled to Naperville for the baptism of Miss Aria Skylar.  She was less than thrilled to be at the church, but by time the actual baptism part came she was happy.  We are so blessed to have been raised in God loving families.  We pray we can raise our kids to be just the same! 

I can't believe how much you are growing Aria!  Alex and Amelia were so excited to hold her and talk to her.  They sure love having little cousins around!
