As I mentioned, it rained a few times on us but the kids took the opportunity to play with the umbrellas and in the rain!

Zoo Animals

This peacock was walking around the zoo.  We saw him while we
were eating our picnic lunch.  The kids were amazed.

We got to see the new baby elephant, but only for a minute.
The zookeepers were calling them back to a different area.

This was another younger elephant, but not as little as the one above.

We smashed two pennies.  It's fun finding the machines when we are out and about on our trips!

A Trip to the Zoo

Last night we decided to head to the zoo today.  The weather is good, and football is about to start.  It sprinkled from time to time, but we didn't let it dampen our spirits.  We had a fantastic day and spent about 6 hours there.  So much fun!

Bike Ride to the Park

Alex, Addison, Amelia, & Bailey

Daddy and the kids headed over to play at the park, while Mommy went to her book club at the library.  Alex was so excited because as they were heading out, Bailey and her family were headed to the park too.  It was a good night for everyone!
